Chapter 18
Upon seeing Lucifer in person on the first level of hell, Michael's face hurt as if it were swollen.
Every time he avoided Lucifer, there was a good reason. He knew his boss all too well: arrogant and intolerant of even the smallest mistakes, with unparalleled power across the three realms. As Lucifer's subordinate, Michael had been at his beck and call, working like a dog. Now that Lucifer was gone, Michael finally rose to power as the Archangel. However, this would come at a high cost: a terrible fate would befall him whenever he met Lucifer again.
This was because he didn't follow Lucifer in his fall from grace.
Thus, he was considered a traitor.
Bitterness filled Michael's mouth, but he stood unwaveringly in front of the silver-haired angel. "Lucifer, it's not yet time for our agreed-upon Holy War. Are you going to break our agreement?"
Gabriel also became alert, ready for a tough battle.
Regardless of previous grievances, the most important thing now was to safely escort their companion back to heaven.
Satan, who ruled over hell with the adoration of countless fallen angels, walked over. The sounds near the gates of hell abruptly stopped as the dark demons gazed at their king with feverish eyes. However, upon recognizing Lucifer's true form, both archangels felt chills running down their spines.
In despair, Michael muttered, "I should've asked Meta for help."
"Don't joke around," Gabriel shot him a sidelong glance. "Are you really willing to see gentle Metatron beaten to a pulp?"
Michael's heart filled with anguish.
He couldn't bear to see his own face turned into a pig-headed one either!
Gabriel's beautiful eyes sparkled as they met Samael's gaze from afar. In the next moment, the angels and fallen angels from opposing camps turned their heads, avoiding each other's gaze.
Atredis was well-versed in the underlying tensions between both parties, having frequently traveled between heaven and the mortal realm in the past. Besides archangels, he probably knew the most about what was going on. However, he had no interest in getting involved in their grudges, and instead constantly exchanged glances with Beelzebub from the Seven Deadly Sins.
[Don't hit me later, okay?]
[Depends on the situation.]
Beelzebub looked at his friend with a headache, wondering why Atredis was insistently stirring things up!
A crisis was on the brink of erupting.
Lucifer's intervention meant that he was determined to have Yahweh.
"Yahweh, come back."
Lucifer, who had been coldly abandoned and humiliated, managed to suppress his fury at this moment and spoke gently to the silver-haired beauty standing behind Michael.
Contrary to moving forward, Yahweh stepped back to a safer position. "You're angry."
Lucifer said, "You know I'm angry, so why did you run away without permission?"
"I can't possibly stay in hell." Yahweh shook his head calmly.
Lucifer replied with an ambiguous smile, "I've said it before. Whether you're in heaven or hell, I don't mind. So don't try to fool me with such an excuse. My dear Yahweh, I'm not as foolish as you think. If you reveal the real reason today, maybe I can spare you."
"Moreover... we just had an intimate relationship. Are you sure heaven can accept you?"
In his eyes, as enticing as the night, it was crystal clear: once I catch you, we'll have our time. I assure you, you won't be able to get out of bed.
Yahweh froze.
Why had his Lucifer become so terrifying!
What's scarier was that Lucifer didn't order his subordinates to act this time; he walked alone towards him. With every move Satan made, Michael's body shivered imperceptibly. Michael, forgetting his shock at Yahweh and Lucifer's relationship, whispered to Yahweh, "I'll delay Lucifer with Gabriel later. You should hurry back to heaven. We'll discuss everything when we get back."
Yahweh: "......"
Gabriel also spoke gravely to Yahweh, "We can't win, dear."
God had set Lucifer's initial attributes too high.
It's defying the heavens!
The situation developed just as Michael and Gabriel predicted. Lucifer took matters into his own hands. Even when two archangels joined forces to restrain him, coupled with Atredis, they stood no chance. This was not a battle on equal footing! With the title of Satan amplifying his powers, Lucifer gained the force of faith from the world's darkness, becoming even more formidable than Lucifer himself!
Falling from grace bestowed upon Lucifer both hatred and power.
Yahweh contemplated the distance from hell to heaven, watching the plight of Michael, he grew pensive.
There wasn’t enough time.
With Lucifer's power, he could catch up.
"Hurry up and leave!"
Michael cried out in urgency, not caring anymore if he would provoke Lucifer.
Yahweh stood still, as if waiting to be captured, attracting the ridicule of many onlooking demons.
Look, another angel too frightened to move.
The divinity slowly emerged in his gold eyes, Yahweh's ankle-length silver hair swirled subtly, an eerie solemnity came over his features, colder than the once radiant Morningstar. A power different from that of angels surged through him, divine light seemed to descend from the sky onto his body!
Fallen angels familiar with this scene at the sight gasped, "Divine descent!"
God has descended upon the angel's body!
This was a sight seldom seen in a millennia!
Simultaneously, the Book of Genesis situated in the ninth heaven turned its attention to the border of heaven and hell.
It was perplexed.
"What is God trying to accomplish?"
Yahweh is God, God descending upon himself, this has got to be the biggest joke in the world.
In the void, facing the apparition of the divine spirit, Yahweh's departure became an inevitable event. Even Lucifer couldn't overcome God, the Creator. Creation could never triumph over the Creator, even if Lucifer harbored such resentment toward God.
Thousands of years have passed.
Since his forced fall from grace, Lucifer has not seen God once.
He wished to question the incidents of those years, yet there was no opportunity to infiltrate heaven. Just as God descended today, in front of a large audience, Lucifer found himself unable to speak. His pride didn’t permit him to show weakness, his spite didn’t allow him to forgive God, least of all tolerate Yahweh to dishonor him this way!
For Yahweh to have God descend, implies that the other party does not intend to leave him any room for mitigation.
So, why should he hold back!
Just an angel—
Lucifer's face grew frosty, clenching his fists beneath his sleeves.
Neither Michael nor Gabriel dared to observe Lucifer's expression anymore. They quickly seized the opportunity to sneak away as discreetly as possible. Atredis also escaped hastily, laughing inwardly. He lit a candle for Lucifer, who would have known that an arrest would provoke the secluded God.
Lucifer coldly watched their retreating figures, not making any move. His silent pressure alone made all the demons and fallen angels break out in a cold sweat.
The Seven Deadly Sins fell silent.
Those staring at the ground kept to the ground, those gazing at the sky, kept looking towards the sky.
Turning around, Lucifer disappeared into Hell's entrance. The Hell's Gate which had a huge hole in it returned to its original state under his influence. Considering Satan's past, who could have imagined thousands of years ago that the co-ruler of heaven would be personally cast out by God, crushing his heart core and ultimately sinking into the abyss for nine days and nine nights.
The matter of capturing the archangel settled down, no one dared to casually mention today's events.

[Heaven, the Eighth Heaven.]
Returning to heaven, Michael, feeling as if a heavy burden had been lifted, rubbed his face.
Hiss—
It hurts. It's just that Lucifer loved to aim for his face, it wasn't just because it looked a little contemptible, right?
Gabriel also sat on a nearby chair, fanning herself hastily and saying, "Phew—we're lucky to have made it back today."
A careless move could have left both of them behind!
Their gaze focused on their new companion. They hadn't had time to examine Yahweh before, but now, they were taken aback by his face. Apart from Haniel, God had created another angel similar to Lucifer. His beauty surpassed even Haniel's, hardly anyone could compete... Maybe only the astonishing Lucifer from the past.
Gabriel said weakly, "I can't imagine the next Holy War."
Michael felt a pang of sympathy.
"However, that's not the most important thing at the moment." Michael regained his vigor within a second, sat upright and said, "We haven't had time to introduce ourselves yet. I'm Michael, she's Gabriel. Another companion of ours will arrive shortly, his name is Metatron. May I ask, what's your name?"
Yahweh gracefully sat on the chair brought by the cherubim, tilting his head at the question.
"Yahweh."
Michael blinked and muttered, "What does this name mean?"
Metatron has always been the one to read extensively, not Michael. Gabriel is already speechless about it, saying, "Didn't you say you were going to learn the divine language?"
Michael scratches his head, "I dropped it later..."
During their conversation, Metatron quickly arrives at the archangel's palace with an unusual speed. Giving Michael and Gabriel a stare, he gently approaches the newly born Archangel. Though, when he clearly sees the Archangel's face, the corner of his eye twitches, feeling deeply puzzled by God's preference.
If He likes Lucifer so much, why let Lucifer fall from Heaven?
"Hello, I am Metatron."
In front of his companion, Metatron drops the aura of a heavenly prime minister, gently comforting his friend who made it back to Heaven against all odds.
Yahweh watches him, thinking: Metatron is genuinely gentle.
While Yahweh remains silent, Michael chatters away, telling Metatron what has happened.
When Metatron heard about Yahweh losing his virginity, his expression changed, "You two idiots, why didn't you tell me this kind of thing earlier!"
Gabriel suddenly remembers something and exclaims, "Oh no, I forgot!"
The two Archangels, without waiting for a response from Yahweh, drag him towards the administrative palace of the Chief of Wisdom Angels. Michael, dumbfounded, watches them and mutters, "What's so urgent?" The little book he always kept in the past finally came in handy at this critical moment. He suddenly jumps up from his seat, "Angels can easily conceive during their first experience!"
The bodies of angels and fallen angels are different. Angels have extremely pure spiritual bodies without a trace of impurity.
Although angels can be male or female, and their personalities differ greatly, the essence of their spiritual bodies is genderless. It's only when they fall and become fallen angels that their physical bodies take on a fleshly form, making them less prone to conception. At the same time, it symbolizes that they have been contaminated by darkness, making them unable to return to Heaven.
When Metatron arrived at his palace, he went directly to look for the potion. A bottle of potion specially designed for angels after being assaulted was stuffed into Yahweh's hands.
Yahweh's expression goes blank for a moment.
Contraceptives?
Seeing that he didn't drink, Metatron said earnestly, "I know Lucifer's charm is great, and it's understandable for you to be tempted, but heaven forbids angels from touching lust, and angels are prone to pregnancy during their first time. As a first-rank archangel, you must not give birth to Lucifer's child just because you lost your head for a while."
Yahweh: "..."
The problem is, he's not an angel!
Staring at the crystal-clear potion, Yahweh reluctantly drinks it, seemingly hearing the laughter of the Book of Genesis going mad in his ears.
Accidentally, he crushes the bottle.
Metatron carefully cleans the broken pieces from his hand, sympathizing with his companion's experience, comforting him, "There are many things I have to handle impartially. I apologize for making you face all this as soon as you returned."
Gabriel and Metatron share a similar expression — helpless but absolutely uncompromising.
Yahweh: "..."
Wait, what's the matter now?!
This question doesn't get answered until Yahweh is locked up in angel jail, suffering the punishment of facing the wall and reflecting on his mistakes. Then, he finally understands.
In the grand cathedral, the witnessing Book of Genesis is almost laughing itself out of breath, observing God imprisoned.
Hahahaha!
Come and see God! He's locked up in prison by his own angels!
